How to claim
1. Call our Hotline +263 777 887 549 or visit our office, The following documents will be required -:
a) Identity document of the deceased
b) Policy document
2. Notify the nearest police station where death has occurred outside a hospital/clinic.
3. Obtain burial order from Registrar’s office or letter from headman.
4. Our Services team will notify you of any other requirements.
5. Where Ruvimbo does not provide the funeral service, a Sum Assured will be paid according to the policy terms and conditions.
